With a wide variety of frame colours, decorative elements and accessories available, the markilux 6000 awning allows for creation of a unique and very personal model that leaves a lasting impression. In addition to hundreds of colours and patterns of the fabric and a range of frame colours, you can also choose stainless steel mesh end caps or chrome end caps and frame.
Bionic tendon arm technology as a standard. Great options such as LED spotlights in the front profile or the shade plus drop valance are available to make the awning even more personable. The markilux 6000 can span 7 metres wide and project up to 4 metres. Even greater widths can be reached by coupling few of these awnings together to cover large patios or outdoor restaurant seating areas.

LED Spotlights in front profile: The brilliant lighting effect converts the room under the awning into an oasis of well-being in the evening.
End cap insert in stainless steel: You can choose to have the end cap inserts in a stainless steel mesh finish for a truly modern finish.
End cap trim in polished chrome: Stylise your awning with a polished chrome end cap trim.
Shadeplus: The optional protection from glare and prying eyes creates an enviable, private room outdoors. On request, the shadeplus can be equipped with a radio-controlled motor and supplied with a remote control.
Valance: The valance is located on the front profile of the awning and usually replicates the fabric of the awning. With markilux, you can choose from four different valance shapes: straight, corrugated, curved and flat wavy.
Coupled awning: Awnings can be coupled together to cover even larger areas up to 14m in width. Suitable for larger patios or commercial applications.
Wall sealing profile: A wall sealing profile can be installed above the cassette. This allows the rain to be drained through the awning and prevents water from dripping through the gap onto your terrace.
Manual operation: Manual operation is possible for those who do not find the need to automate their awnings. Markilux supplies stainless steel winding handles which are supplied for awnings with a gear box. Low noise bearings & ergonomically shaped grips allow efficiency when operating the awning manually.
Servo-assisted manual operation: This works by a mechanism which is housed inside the roller as a spring coil. As the awning is wound out with the spring assisted arms the coil winds in the opposite direction which creates tension, therefore when winding the awning in it uncoils making it easier to retract the awning via the crank handle.
Hard-wired motor: For markilux hard-wired motors it is required to have a power connection outside. These motors can be controlled via a switch from the inside allowing you to extend or retract your awning through a flip of a switch, saving both time & effort when having to do it manually.
Radio-controlled motor: These motors allow you to control your awning through the touch of a button. This will save the hassle of having to operate the awning through a hard-wired motor drive as this will still require more effort than simply pressing a button within the comfort and shade of your awning.
